Local Solo Competition
The Aloha International Piano Festival proudly shines a spotlight on Hawai'i's exceptional young pianists through its Live Solo Competition, open exclusively to local residents.
This in-person event takes place in Honolulu during the Festival week and offers students an opportunity to perform live, connect with peers, and receive valuable feedback from distinguished artists.
Applicants must be at least 8 years old at the time of application and no older than 18 by XXX. A fee of XXX must be paid to XXX to be considered for adjudication. All applicants must be available to perform in person on XXX.
Amature Competition
HOLD COPY: Extending the spirit of aloha beyond our islands, the Aloha International Piano Festival Virtual Competition welcomes pianists from around the globe to share their artistry online.
Participants will submit performance videos for review by an international panel of distinguished judges. This global platform offers pianists the chance to gain recognition, receive constructive feedback, and join HawaiÊ»i’s celebrated piano community—no matter where they call home.
