Aloha Piano Lab
Created specifically for local Hawai‘i-based pianists, Aloha Piano Lab is a free education and mentorship program that brings local pianists together with distinguished performing artists and teachers for focused masterclass experiences.
Participants receive individualized guidance in repertoire, interpretation, technique and performance while gaining new artistic perspectives and building connections with visiting artists, local teachers and fellow pianists.
Launched as a successful pilot in June 2026, Aloha Piano Lab is expanding in 2027 with three Labs designed for age- and experience-appropriate groups of Hawai‘i pianists. Each annual cycle culminates in an Honors Concert featuring participants recommended by Piano Lab clinicians.
